Terms & Conditions — 77acp Platform Rules & Player Obligations

1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the 77acp website accessible at https://77acp.io, including all pages, services, games, betting markets, and account management features available thereon.
• "Player Account" means a registered user account created through the 77acp Login process, linked to a unique Bangladesh mobile number and verified identity.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the player in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) that are available for wagering and withdrawal, excluding any bonus credits.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bet awards, cashback amounts, or any other non-deposited value credited to a player account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets that must be placed before a Bonus Balance or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed, involving submission of a valid government-issued identification document.
• "Payment Method" means any of the accepted deposit and withdrawal channels including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any action listed under Section 8 of this Agreement, including but not limited to fraud, multi-accounting, and use of automated betting software.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" (BST) means UTC+6, the official time zone of Bangladesh, used as the reference for all date and time references within this Agreement.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the account registration process on 77acp, by clicking any "I Agree", "Accept", or equivalent confirmation button, or by making use of any feature of the Platform following registration, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement and any supplementary rules, policies, and guidelines published by 77acp from time to time, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to this Agreement (see Section 14) constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. If you do not accept any amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure by contacting our support team.

This Agreement is made available in English. In the event of any conflict between an English-language version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and maintain a Player Account on 77acp, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and continue to be at all times while your account remains active.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of any person employed by 77acp or any game provider whose titles appear on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and are not subject to a self-exclusion order that covers 77acp.
• You have not previously had a Player Account closed by 77acp for breach of this Agreement.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

77acp reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the support team will result in suspension of withdrawal access until verification is complete. Accounts confirmed to belong to players under 21 will be closed immediately and all balances (including deposited real-money funds) will be handled in accordance with our regulatory obligations and internal compliance procedures.

4 Account Registration & KYC

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Player Account on 77acp. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a Prohibited Activity under Section 8.

During registration you will be required to provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number, which will serve as your primary account identifier. You may also be asked to provide your full legal name and date of birth. This information must be accurate and consistent with your government-issued identification documents.

Full KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. The KYC process requires submission of at least one of the following documents:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID)
• Valid Bangladesh Passport (biographical data page)
• Bangladesh Driving Licence (front and back)

Additional documentation — such as proof of address or a selfie holding your ID — may be requested at 77acp's discretion. Documents must be clear, unaltered, and unexpired. KYC review is typically completed within one (1) business day of document submission. 77acp reserves the right to refuse withdrawal processing until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes) strictly confidential. You must notify 77acp support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. 77acp will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your 77acp Login credentials.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 77acp are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 77acp does not currently support multi-currency accounts. The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: Deposits are typically credited to your Real Money Balance within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard. 77acp does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which 77acp bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, as a standard anti-fraud measure. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: typically within 15 minutes to 2 hours of approval
• Visa / Mastercard bank transfer: 1–3 business days

Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. 77acp reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000. During active bonus wagering periods, withdrawal of real-money funds may be subject to restrictions as specified in the applicable bonus terms. 77acp does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions; however, mobile wallet providers may apply their own charges.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

77acp offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and seasonal campaigns tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the promotion and form part of this Agreement.

The following general bonus rules apply across all 77acp promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one Player Account per household, per device, and per IP address. Multiple accounts claiming the same bonus will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may lead to account closure.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any funds derived from a bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited if a withdrawal request is submitted before wagering requirements are complete, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• 77acp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of cancellation will be given a reasonable period to complete any applicable wagering requirement.
• Bonuses may only be used on games and betting markets specified in the relevant promotion terms. Certain high-RTP games or betting markets may be excluded from wagering contribution calculations.
• 77acp reserves the right to withhold bonus payments or void related winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in abuse, exploitation, or systematic arbitrage of promotional terms.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 77acp — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, or sports betting markets including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and hockey — are subject to the following general rules:

• A bet is confirmed only when it has been fully accepted and recorded in the 77acp system. A confirmation message or updated balance in the player account constitutes evidence of a confirmed bet.
• Bets placed on incorrect odds or game configurations resulting from a manifest technical error may be voided at 77acp's discretion. Players will be notified and their stake refunded in such cases.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per betting market. These are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. 77acp reserves the right to adjust limits at any time.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension during critical moments of a match (e.g., during a ball in cricket, during a penalty kick in football). Bets submitted during a suspended period will not be accepted.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the decision of 77acp's Risk and Trading team is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in Section 15.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). 77acp does not manipulate game outcomes and all results are fair and independently verified through our game providers.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77acp platform:

• Multi-accounting: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one Player Account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Fraudulent payments: Use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; chargebacks initiated in bad faith after wagering deposited funds.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of disguising their origin. 77acp complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live games, or any other competitive game format.
• Use of automated tools: Deploying bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting software, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to ordinary players.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional terms, including but not limited to low-risk hedged betting across accounts to artificially satisfy wagering requirements.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with the Platform's software, servers, databases, or security systems.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any communication with the 77acp support team.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

77acp reserves the right to suspend or close a Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement, including any Prohibited Activity under Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder under Section 10.
• Legal obligation, court order, or instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to breach of this Agreement (for example, at the player's own request), any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Where an account is closed due to a breach of this Agreement, 77acp reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and, where fraud or money laundering is established, to forfeit all funds and report the matter to relevant authorities.

10 Responsible Gaming

77acp is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe environment for all players. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity, all of which are accessible from the account settings panel after 77acp Login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the platform for a minimum period of six (6) months. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the exclusion period expires.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 77acp platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of 77acp or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 77acp intellectual property without prior written consent.

Game content delivered via third-party providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others) remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is used by 77acp under licence.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77acp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.

77acp does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may occur; we will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable. Where technical faults result in a game round being disrupted or an in-play betting market being incorrectly settled, 77acp's liability shall be limited to the return of the player's stake for the affected round or market.

77acp accepts no responsibility for any losses arising from a player's failure to comply with the terms and conditions of a promotion, failure to complete KYC verification in a timely manner, or failure to secure their account login credentials.

13 Privacy & Data

77acp collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes collection of your mobile number, identity documents submitted during KYC, transaction history, device information, and in-session activity data for the purposes of account management, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

77acp does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, game providers, and compliance partners strictly as necessary to deliver the service. All data transfers are conducted using industry-standard security protocols, including 256-bit SSL encryption.

14 Amendments

77acp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via a notification displayed on the Platform upon next login, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or for urgent security reasons.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and in the Table of Contents will be revised each time this Agreement is amended. It is your responsibility to review the current version periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 77acp's operating jurisdiction. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally in the first instance by contacting 77acp support. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

In the event of any dispute regarding a bet outcome, game result, or account balance, the records held in 77acp's server logs shall constitute the primary source of evidence. Players may submit a formal dispute by contacting support at [email protected] with full details of the disputed transaction, including the date, time (Bangladesh Standard Time), game or market name, and amount involved. 77acp's Risk and Trading team will review the dispute and provide a written response within five (5) business days.
